Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, welcome visitors, and support customer communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


Reception & Front Desk

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and visitor records.
  • Coordinate visitor appointments with relevant departments.


Telecalling & Customer Support

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers for follow-ups, Indiamart enquiries, feedback, and promotional activities.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain call logs.
  • Follow up on pending enquiries and update the sales team accordingly.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.


  • Desired Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi
  • Be able to read and write in English.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Qualifications
  • 10th and 12th pass.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, telecaller, customer service executive, or similar role.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.


Working Hours 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday
