Receptionist / Front Office Executive

NAMASTE FLAVOURS is looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Receptionist Cum Cashier who can professionally handle guests, billing operations, and restaurant front desk management.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of Petpooja Software, and the ability to manage party bookings, guest coordination, and cash handling efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend guests professionally

Handle restaurant reception and customer inquiries

Manage billing and cash counter operations accurately

Operate and maintain Petpooja Software efficiently

Handle dine-in, takeaway, and online order billing

Maintain daily cash records and billing reports

Coordinate with guests regarding party bookings and menu discussions

Assist customers in selecting party packages and menu options

Ensure smooth front desk and guest management operations

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for proper order flow

Handle phone calls, reservations, and customer feedback professionally

Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception counter

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Petpooja Software is mandatory

Good communication and customer handling skills

Basic computer knowledge

Honest, responsible, and well-mannered personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Smart appearance and professional behavior preferred

Experience:

Experienced candidates preferred
