Customer Care Executive

Job Title: Telesales ExecutiveJob Overview:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate sales, and build strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products/services and their benefits clearly
• Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively
• Close sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records
• Follow up on leads and previous interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.)
• Good listening skills and persuasive ability
• Fluency in required languages (e.g., Hindi/English or regional languages)
• Education:Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
