Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken female candidate to join our team as a Receptionist & Telecalling Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front office, handling incoming calls and visitors, scheduling meetings, and conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our company and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception & Front Office ManagementGreet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and direct them to the concerned department.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for management and sales teams.
  • Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organised and presentable.
  • Telecalling & Customer Outreach-Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
  • Introduce the company, products, and services to potential clients.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up activities.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Confident, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
