Job Description – Recovery Team Leader
Position: Recovery Team Leader
Location: Laxmi Nagar
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage the recovery team on a daily basis
- Monitor collection targets and ensure timely achievement
- Guide and support team members in recovery and follow-up activities
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues professionally
- Prepare daily performance and collection reports
- Ensure team discipline, attendance, and productivity
- Maintain compliance with company policies and recovery procedures
- Coordinate with management regarding team performance and operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recovery/collections
- Team handling experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
