At Bal Raksha Bharat, we are looking for a driven and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist to support our fundraising operations PAN, India.


Role Purpose:

Recruitment Specialist – F2F & Telemarketing Fundraising. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for end-to-end hiring of high-volume, frontline fundraisers for Face-to-Face and Telemarketing channels. The role ensures a consistent pipeline of motivated, target-driven candidates who can effectively engage donors and meet fundraising goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Face-to-Face and Telemarketing fundraising profiles across PAN India
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Build a strong pipeline of fresher and experienced candidates for ongoing and upcoming requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Track and report recruitment metrics including closures, turnaround time, and source effectiveness
  • Ensure quality hiring aligned with role expectations and organizational standards
  • Support on-boarding coordination and initial candidate engagement

Candidate Specification / Requirements

Experience & Skills:

·      Prior experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment is mandatory, preferably in sales, fundraising, or BPO hiring

·      Strong sourcing and screening skills with ability to assess candidate fit

·      Strong networking and negotiation skills

Competencies & Attributes:

·      Good communication and stakeholder management skills

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

·      Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach

Terms of Employment

This is a full-time, office-based role. This position does not offer remote or hybrid work options. The role will be under third-party payroll.
