Job Title: HR Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can strengthen our HR framework by establishing strong policies, aligning employee KRAs with business goals, and managing end-to-end HR operations. The role requires someone who can balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day HR execution, ensuring an efficient and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and guidelines aligned with company objectives and labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR governance.
- Provide guidance to leadership and employees on HR policies and best practices.
- Design and manage the performance management framework for the organization.
- Work with department heads to define, align, and track employee KRAs/KPIs in line with organizational goals.
- Drive performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and improvement plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure quality hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, documentation, and HR records.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards for leadership insights.
- Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support employee development and retention initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, performance management systems, and HR operations
- Experience in KRA/KPI framework design and implementation
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
