Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily HR Operations & Reporting
- Share daily task updates with the internal HR team.
- Update internal stakeholders upon reaching assigned client locations.
- Provide end-of-day status reports to the reporting manager and relevant teams.
- Maintain and update master employee and client data records.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation, increment, and relieving letters.
- Generate employee codes for new joiners.
- Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Handle employee exit documentation and Full & Final (F&F) processes.
- Ensure timely completion of employee confirmation formalities.
3. Full & Final Settlement Coordination
- Coordinate with the accounts team for preparation and processing of Full & Final settlements.
- Conduct employee exit formalities and documentation.
- Ensure issuance of relieving letters and settlement acknowledgements/cheques where applicable.
4. Client HR Operations Management
- Conduct scheduled visits to client locations as per operational requirements.
- Verify employee documentation and identify pending records.
- Follow up with employees and internal HR teams regarding pending documentation.
- Ensure employee files and records are complete and compliant.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Conduct regular employee document audits and compliance checks.
- Support biometric enrollment and attendance-related formalities where required.
5. Employee Support & HR Issue Resolution
- Address employee queries and concerns across assigned client accounts.
- Ensure timely resolution of HR operational issues.
- Maintain positive employee relations and effective communication with stakeholders.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and monitor task completion reports using internal automation tools.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and operational trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company HR processes and documentation standards.
