Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily HR Operations & Reporting

  • Share daily task updates with the internal HR team.
  • Update internal stakeholders upon reaching assigned client locations.
  • Provide end-of-day status reports to the reporting manager and relevant teams.
  • Maintain and update master employee and client data records.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation, increment, and relieving letters.
  • Generate employee codes for new joiners.
  • Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
  • Handle employee exit documentation and Full & Final (F&F) processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of employee confirmation formalities.

3. Full & Final Settlement Coordination

  • Coordinate with the accounts team for preparation and processing of Full & Final settlements.
  • Conduct employee exit formalities and documentation.
  • Ensure issuance of relieving letters and settlement acknowledgements/cheques where applicable.

4. Client HR Operations Management

  • Conduct scheduled visits to client locations as per operational requirements.
  • Verify employee documentation and identify pending records.
  • Follow up with employees and internal HR teams regarding pending documentation.
  • Ensure employee files and records are complete and compliant.
  • Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Conduct regular employee document audits and compliance checks.
  • Support biometric enrollment and attendance-related formalities where required.

5. Employee Support & HR Issue Resolution

  • Address employee queries and concerns across assigned client accounts.
  • Ensure timely resolution of HR operational issues.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and effective communication with stakeholders.

6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and monitor task completion reports using internal automation tools.
  • Maintain HR MIS reports and operational trackers.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR processes and documentation standards.
