Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR professional to manage recruitment, employee engagement, factory compliance, attendance systems, performance tracking, and overall workforce management for our manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling factory HR operations and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced apparel manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory workers, merchandisers, supervisors, QA staff, and office employees
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and documentation
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift records
- Coordinate with payroll/accounts team for salary processing
- Ensure timely updating of HRMIS/attendance systems
Employee Management
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Maintain healthy employee relations across factory and office
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives
Factory Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain HR compliance records as per labor laws
- Support audit requirements including SEDEX, social compliance, and factory audits
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, labor documentation, etc.
Performance & Process Management
- Coordinate KPI tracking for departments
- Assist management in implementing SOPs and workflow systems
- Support implementation of HR dashboards and reporting systems
Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions for workers and staff
- Assist in skill development and productivity improvement initiatives
Skills Required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of factory HR operations
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Organized and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments
Preferred Experience:
- 2–8 years experience in apparel/textile/manufacturing industry
- Experience in export house or factory setup preferred
- Experience handling worker management in factories is an advantage
Software Knowledge Preferred:
- Microsoft Excel
- Attendance systems
