*Key Responsibilities*:


1. *End-to-End Recruitment*

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage offers

Conduct structured candidate assessments


2. *Sourcing & Talent Strategy*

Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent

Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs


3. *Market Research & Talent Mapping*

Stay updated with industry trends and hiring insights

Build talent pipelines and maintain market intelligence


4. *Reporting & Coordination*--

Maintain daily trackers and ensure timely submission of profiles

Follow up consistently to ensure smooth hiring processes
