Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong technical recruitment background and hands-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent while ensuring a smooth employee experience from joining to exit.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical RecruitmentHandle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- OnboardingManage the complete onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate documentation, joining formalities, and induction programs.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
- Support new employees during the joining process.
- OffboardingHandle employee exit formalities and resignation processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain offboarding records.
- Coordinate full and final settlement with relevant departments.
- Ensure asset recovery and documentation completion.
- HR OperationsMaintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for workforce requirements.
- Required SkillsStrong understanding of technical recruitment processes.
- Experience in onboarding and offboarding management.
- Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in IT/Technical hiring environments preferred.
