Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong technical recruitment background and hands-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent while ensuring a smooth employee experience from joining to exit.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical RecruitmentHandle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • OnboardingManage the complete onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate documentation, joining formalities, and induction programs.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Support new employees during the joining process.
  • OffboardingHandle employee exit formalities and resignation processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain offboarding records.
  • Coordinate full and final settlement with relevant departments.
  • Ensure asset recovery and documentation completion.
  • HR OperationsMaintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments for workforce requirements.
  • Required SkillsStrong understanding of technical recruitment processes.
  • Experience in onboarding and offboarding management.
  • Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working in IT/Technical hiring environments preferred.
