Preferred candidates :

• Age – 34 yr Max
• Exp – 1–3-years Exp
• Freshers can be look with decent knowledge of Insurance industry.
• Preferably from Bancassurance or Banking with insurance as cross sales product.
• Can be look from NBCF’s or Broking companies.
• Must not be a frequent job changer
• Must have a decent personality with good communication skills
