Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The cashier will handle cash, card payments, billing, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with billing and payments.
- Generate accurate bills and process cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other digital payments.
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of daily sales and transactions.
- Ensure cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Resolve customer billing queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
- Follow company policies regarding cash handling and fraud prevention.
