Job Description
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.Conduct regular stock checks and audits.Control food costs, wastage, and pilferage.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Financial Management Monitor daily sales and revenue.Prepare sales and operational reports.
Manage cash handling and POS operations.Work towards achieving sales and profit targets Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with food safety regulations.Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards.Ensure all licenses and permits are valid and updated.
