Job Description
We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Retail Executive to join our jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to assist customers in selecting jewellery as per their preferences.
- Key Responsibilities:Attend walk-in customers and provide excellent service
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery designs
- Handle product display, billing, and packaging
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business
- Assist in achieving store sales targets
