Retail Sales Executive/Kiosk Manager

Role Overview We're looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to join our kiosk team at Vegas Mall. You'll be engaging walk-in customers, explaining product benefits, closing sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kiosk operations alongside our existing team member.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Explain product features, spiritual significance, and authenticity certification of Rudraksha beads, gemstones, and bracelets
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs (rashi, concerns, preferences)
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle billing, payments (cash, card, UPI), and invoicing

Operations

• Open and close the kiosk as per shift schedule
• Maintain product display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Manage inventory — stock checks, restocking, and reporting low stock
• Keep records of daily sales and customer footfall

Customer Service & Trust Building

• Educate customers about gemological certification and authenticity
• Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales questions
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Requirements

Must-have

• 2–3 years of retail sales experience (jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, or wellness preferred)
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English
• Comfortable working 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy (handling high-value products)
• Basic comfort with billing software, UPI, and card machines

Good-to-have

• Prior experience selling spiritual, astrological, or wellness products
• Knowledge of Rudraksha, gemstones, or Vedic astrology
• Experience working at a mall kiosk or brand counter
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
