Job Description

🎯 Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls and Whats App
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bath fittings (faucets, showers, mixers, accessories)
  • Share product details, images, and pricing via Whats App
  • Explain features of products from our catalogue
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers through calls/messages
  • Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat business
  • Coordinate with stock/inventory team for product availability

  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
