Job Description
*We’re Hiring | Field Sales Professionals – Delhi NCR*
Looking for passionate sales professionals who love being on the field and closing deals! We are hiring Painting Sales Experts to join our fast-growing team.
*Key Responsibilities Areas:*
* Conduct on-ground visits to prospective customers as assigned in your territory.
* Pitch NoBroker’s products and services to clients.
* Achieve monthly targets for monetization and service activations.
* Educate clients about product offerings, USPs, and benefits.
* Ensure a high conversion ratio from leads to closures.
* Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
* Provide regular market feedback and insights to improve offerings.
*Role: Painting Sales Expert*
*Location: Noida extension, Faridabad, West Delhi, old Gurgaon, new gurgaon, East Delhi, north delhi, Ghaziabad*
*Requirements:*
*Experience: 6 months to 4 years in field sales (any industry like FMCG, Real Estate, telecom, insurance, ed-tech, etc.).
*Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
*Languages: Fluent in the local language and English.
*Location: Willingness to cover a dedicated hub/area (up to 15 km radius)
Mobility: A two-wheeler is a must
