Job Description: Sales Coordinator (Banking & Finance)Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator acts as the vital link between our internal sales team, customers, and Bank Relationship Managers (RMs). Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth flow of loan applications from initial lead to final disbursement by managing documentation and resolving pendencies.
Key Responsibilities1. Bank & RM Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Bank Relationship Managers (RMs) for various financial institutions.
- Follow up daily on the status of logged-in cases and provide real-time updates to the sales team.
- Maintain healthy professional relationships with RMs to ensure priority processing of our files.
2. Document Management & Customer Support
- Coordinate directly with customers to collect necessary KYC, income documents, and property papers.
- Review all documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to the bank to minimize rejections.
- Explain the documentation process to customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
3. Pendency Management
- Monitor "Case to Case" pendencies raised by bank credit teams or RMs.
- Communcate specific pendency requirements to the sales team/clients immediately.
- Ensure all missing documents or clarifications are resolved within strict TAT (Turnaround Time) to avoid file expirations.
4. Sales Team Support
- Provide the sales team with regular reports on the pipeline and individual case statuses.
- Assist sales staff in understanding specific bank policies or new document requirements for different loan products.
- Ensure all data is updated accurately in the internal tracker or CRM.
- Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, loan processing, or back-office operations (experience with Banks or NBFCs preferred).
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of loan products (Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans) and standard banking documentation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to deal with both corporate RMs and diverse clients.
- Organization: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple "case to case" files simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel (for tracking) and email communication.
- Success MetricsFile Login to Sanction Ratio: Ensuring documents are correct the first time.
- TAT (Turnaround Time): Speed at which pendencies are cleared.
