Job Description

About the Role:


We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our Mault vertical, focused on wardrobes and modular kitchens for builders and real estate developers.


This is a highly target-driven, field-oriented role requiring strong execution—someone who can generate leads, fix meetings, and convert them into business in a fast-moving, cost-sensitive market.



Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify and connect with builders, developers, and contractors

• Make 20–30 outbound calls daily

• Fix meetings with key decision-makers


2. Client Meetings & Sales Pitch

• Present Mault product offerings and pricing packages

• Understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines

• Coordinate internally for BOQs and quotations


3. Sales Pipeline Management

• Build and maintain a strong active pipeline

• Ensure consistent and structured follow-ups

• Track all leads, meetings, and deal stages


4. Site Visits & Relationship Handling

• Conduct regular site visits

• Build working relationships with project managers and procurement teams


5. Deal Closure

• Work with senior management on pricing and negotiations

• Drive deals towards closure and handover to execution team



Candidate Profile


Must-Have:

• 2–5 years experience in:

• Modular kitchens / wardrobes / building materials / real estate sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with field sales + cold calling

• Target-driven mindset


Work Expectations

• High ownership and accountability

• Strong follow-up discipline

• Comfortable with rejection and persistence

• Willing to be on the field regularly
