Job Description
We are looking for fluent in speaking English & Hindi with any regional languages (Marathi/Bengali/.Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada ) for Tele sales /Inside sales or Pre Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, explaining our offerings, and driving conversions through outbound and inbound calls.
Sales Executives ( 6 months - 3 yrs exp)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Delhi Greater Kailash (Work from Office)
6 days’ work week ( 5 days work at office + 1 day WFH) with rotational Sundays off
Internship (Full‑time)
Should have own Laptop & Phone Device
Duration: 10 am - 7 pm
Eligibility: 6 months - 3 yrs

Key Responsibilities
Handle 170 to 200 calls per day (inbound/outbound) with prospective customers
Explain product offerings clearly and drive conversions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/sheets
Follow up with leads and ensure closure within defined timelines
Adhere to call quality, compliance, and performance metrics
Requirements
Good communication skills in English/Hindi is mandatory
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
Ability to work in a target-driven setup
Eligibility
Good in English & Hindi Communication Skills along with any regional language (Marathi/Malayalam/Kannada/Tamil /Bengali ) will be added advantage
Any Graduate's having 6 months - 3 yrs experience in Tele Sales from Healthcare & Wellness , Fintech , Insurance or Edtech companies
Work Setup
Work From Office - Delhi location
6 days work week ( 5 days from Office +1 day WFH)
Must have:
Personal laptop
Stable Wi-Fi connection
Key Expectations
Consistent attendance and availability during working hours (as per team requirement)
Ability to handle rejection and maintain call quality
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Incentives will be provided based on performance & achievement of 100-200 sales target closures only

Language fluency assessment - English & Hindi and any regional languages (Marathi/Malayalam/Kannada/Tamil /Bengali )
