Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers via calls to promote wealth management
products and services
Explain product features, benefits, and investment options clearly to clients
Generate and qualify leads, and convert them into active clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
Stay updated with financial products and market trends
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in telesales, sales, or customer engagement
(Freshers welcome)
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
Basic understanding or interest in financial/wealth products is a plus
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
