Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell commercial kitchen equipment and solutions to clients such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cloud kitchens, and institutional buyers. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) segment
  • Promote commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, refrigeration units, cooking ranges, dishwashers, etc.)
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable kitchen solutions
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Coordinate with design and technical teams for project execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales (experience in commercial kitchen or equipment industry is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and HoReCa industry preferred
  • Ability to handle B2B sales cycles
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Preferred Experience: Experience working with hotel chains, restaurants, or kitchen consultants

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):-

  • Sales revenue achieved
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Conversion rate of leads
  • Customer retention rate
