Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell personal loan products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field activities, referrals, telecalling, and digital sources.
- Identify potential customers and explain personal loan products and benefits.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers until loan approval and disbursement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high productivity.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Required QualificationsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
- Experience: 0–3 years in sales, BFSI, personal loans, or financial products.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
