Job Description
• Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners/dealers/distributors across government and private sectors for DMS's full product range.
• Design and execute a territory-wise channel expansion plan to grow reach across NCR, North India, and pan-India markets.
• Manage and grow existing partner relationships — set targets, review performance, and provide product/pricing training.
• Track government tenders (GeM and state eProcurement portals) and coordinate with channel partners on bid participation and fulfilment.
• Negotiate partnership terms, credit policies, and margins in line with company guidelines.
• Own the channel sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Represent DMS at trade fairs, dealer meets, and government vendor engagement events.
• Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure partner and client requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales/pipeline reports to management
