Job Title: Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Director of Sales / General Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct sales forecasts and develop action plans to achieve revenue goals.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage budgets, sales pipelines, and CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–7+ years of sales experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
