Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loans

Location: (Delhi / Laxmi Nagar / )

Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell personal loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field work, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms

Promote personal loan products to potential customers

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options

Assist customers with documentation and loan application process

Maintain relationships with existing and new clients

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain daily sales reports and MIS

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good convincing and negotiation ability

Basic knowledge of personal loans/financial products

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Experience in BFSI or loan sales preferred
