Job Description
Collection Executive Responsibilities
• Contact customers via phone/email to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure timely collection of dues and achieve assigned collection targets.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing-related concerns.
• Escalate priority or disputed cases to management when required.
• Maintain accurate call notes and update customer records in CRM.
• Adhere to quality standards, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate candidates can apply
• Experience: BPO experience preferred; Freshers can also apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge required
