Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ametro Cables products
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product information
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Maintain a database of customers and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cable products
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for order processing and delivery
- Handle objections and resolve customer issues professionally
