Job Description


Field Application & Technical Sales Engineer – Speciality Lubricants

Company: Authorized Sole Distributor (North India) – Aluchem Specialty Lubricants

Location: Delhi NCR (Field role – North India)


We are the official sole distributor for North India of Aluchem Specialty Lubricants (Italy).

This is a pure B2B field role, focused on industrial customers, technical selling, and application-based solutions.


This role is NOT retail, NOT desk sales, NOT telecalling.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development


  • Visit industrial plants (automotive, electronics, plastics, FMCG, heavy engineering)
  • Meet maintenance managers, plant engineers, and utilities heads
  • Identify lubrication-related problems and applications
  • Recommend appropriate specialty lubricants
  • Initiate and monitor product trials
  • Convert trials into repeat orders
  • Collect competitor product and application data


Technical & Application Support


  • Support customers during trials and initial implementation
  • Monitor performance parameters (temperature, noise, consumption, re-lubrication interval)
  • Prepare basic trial and visit reports
  • Coordinate with office for pricing, samples, and dispatch


Market Development


  • Develop new industrial accounts in Delhi NCR & North India
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Support GeM / PSU inquiries when required (documentation support only)


Education


  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Chemical
