Sales Executive

In this role at Accufit, you will manage both inbound and outbound customer communications for India's premier Kansa Thali wellness products. Your daily activities will involve answering phone calls from potential customers, explaining the benefits and functions of our Ayurvedic massage devices, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You'll process orders directly in our system, coordinate with our production team regarding availability and manufacturing timelines, and keep customers updated about their order status.

You'll maintain detailed customer records in our database, follow up with recent buyers to ensure satisfaction, and collect testimonials when appropriate. When not handling calls, you'll contact leads and previous customers to inform them about new products or special offers. You'll resolve customer queries regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.

During peak business hours, you'll help manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms, ensuring no customer communication goes unanswered. You'll also occasionally assist with updating product information on our online platforms and help prepare sales reports summarizing daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

As you become more familiar with our products, you'll participate in team meetings to share customer feedback and help identify potential product improvements or new market opportunities based on customer interactions.
