Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our designer jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting jewellery products through online platforms, managing sales orders, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, social media, and website.
• Promote and sell designer jewellery products via online platforms (E-commerce).
• Manage order processing, billing, and follow-up with customers.
• Maintain product knowledge about jewellery designs, materials, and pricing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new leads.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and inventory team for timely delivery.
• Maintain customer database and ensure repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery products and trends.
• Experience in online sales / E-commerce handling.
• Computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Social Media, E-commerce portals).
• Customer handling and negotiation skills.
