Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and increase sales of Corporate Gifts, Diaries, Calendars, and Promotional Products. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp, following up on leads, sending quotations, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential B2B customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

* Generate new business opportunities and qualify leads.

* Follow up regularly with existing and prospective clients.

* Send product catalogs, quotations, and pricing details.

* Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

* Coordinate with the operations team for order processing, packing, and dispatch.

* Maintain customer records and sales updates in Excel or CRM.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.

* Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or Inside Sales.

* Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, MS Excel, and email communication.

* Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Tele Sales.

* Experience in Corporate Gifts, Printing, Diaries, Calendars, Stationery, or Promotional Products will be an added advantage.
