Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate telecom solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
