Job Overview


We are looking for a smart, confident, and communication-focused Sales Executive / Telecaller who can manage inbound and outbound customer calling, lead follow-ups, customer conversion, sales coordination, and relationship management across multiple product categories.


The candidate should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English and should be capable of handling customer conversations confidently to improve sales conversions, customer trust, and repeat business.


This role requires practical customer understanding, communication discipline, sales ability, follow-up consistency, and strong customer handling knowledge across modern D2C and wholesale business environments.


Required Experience

Minimum 1–2 years experience in telecalling / sales / customer handling / lead conversion

Experience in inbound and outbound calling preferred


Candidates with telecom sales, eCommerce sales, wholesale sales, or multi-category customer handling experience will be preferred


Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates having sales or customer handling experience in any of the following categories will be preferred:

Handle WhatsApp communication professionally

Maintain customer records and follow-up databases

Generate repeat business from existing customers

Handle customer objections confidently

Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams

Support sales growth through disciplined communication and execution

Build long-term customer relationships
