Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Company: Code Sparrow

Code Sparrow is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to grow our business and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and close sales.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate deals.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities and submit reports.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (IT/software sales preferred).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
