SleepMonk is looking for a passionate, energetic, and goal-oriented Sales Manager to drive our next phase of growth.

We are seeking a professional with a strong "go-getter" attitude who can build markets from the ground up by appointing dealers, developing long-term channel partnerships, and expanding our brand presence.

• Key Responsibilities Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors.
• Expand SleepMonk's market presence across assigned territories.
• Generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, furniture stores, architects, and interior designers.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and competitor activities.
• Execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
• Ensure excellent customer service and dealer satisfaction.
• Candidate Profile Proven experience in dealer/distributor development and channel sales.
• Experience in mattresses, furniture, home furnishings, interiors, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
