Job Description

As an International Sales & Operations Executive, you will be the engine room of our daily operations and client acquisition. You will bridge the gap between our global vendors and our travelers, ensuring that every itinerary is priced competitively and executed flawlessly. We are looking for five energetic professionals who are ready to scale their careers in the B2B and B2C international travel space.


Key Responsibilities

• Itinerary Planning: Design and customize international travel itineraries based on client requirements, focusing on destinations in Southeast Asia, Europe, or the Middle East.

• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with international hotels, local transport providers, and tour guides to secure the best rates and confirm bookings.

• Sales Conversion: Follow up on inbound leads, provide detailed consultations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Operations Management: Monitor on-ground services for travelers to ensure "zero-defect" execution and handle any real-time troubleshooting.

• Documentation: Manage visas, travel insurance, and flight ticketing coordination for departing guests.

• Market Research: Keep updated on global travel restrictions, visa policies, and trending international attractions.
