Job Title: Team Leader – Sales

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader who can lead the sales team, achieve monthly targets, and drive overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to close sales effectively, and experience in team coordination and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with team members and ensure smooth workflow.

Conduct daily briefings and motivate the team to improve performance.

Handle customer interactions and close sales effectively.

Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.

Maintain and update daily sales reports and sheets.

Ensure all team members regularly update their sales sheets and reports.

Take daily updates from the sales team and report performance to management.

Develop strategies to increase sales and improve team productivity.

Train and guide team members to improve sales skills and performance.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Experience in sales and team handling preferred.

Good coordination and reporting skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for daily reporting.
