Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage the sales team, achieve targets, and improve overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets

Monitor daily sales activities and team performance

Train, guide, and motivate team members

Conduct interviews and support hiring of new sales staff

Prepare sales reports and share updates with management

Build and maintain relationships with clients/customers

Resolve customer concerns and support the sales process

Develop sales strategies to increase revenue

Ensure team discipline and productivity

Track KPIs and improve conversion rates

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Experience in Sales / Team Handling

Good communication and leadership skills

Target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Ability to work under pressure
