Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader at Kaya Ayurveda Healthcare located in South West Delhi. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and designing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue. The Sales Team Leader will also be responsible for training and developing the sales team, as well as monitoring performance and providing regular feedback.

Requirement

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and team management in any industry.

·       Demonstrated experience in setting and achieving sales targets, designing sales strategies, and managing a sales team

·       Strong communication, pre-sales and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales goals

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, team handling skill.

·       Strong business acumen and customer focus

·       Bachelor's degree.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
