Job Description

Lead, motivate, and manage the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Monitor calling activities and ensure proper follow-up with potential clients.

Train and guide team members on sales pitch, communication, and product knowledge.

Prepare daily sales reports and performance tracking sheets.

Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with management for sales planning and strategy implementation.

Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.

Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements for better conversions.
