Job Description
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
Train and guide sales executives to improve selling skills.
Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
Handle key client relationships and resolve customer issues.
