Job Description

Looking for a part-time Executive Assistant for a construction & real estate firm in North Delhi.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage founder's calendar and schedule meetings
  • Follow up with clients and vendors on call/WhatsApp
  • Track documents, deals and payments
  • Basic invoicing on Vyapar app
  • Coordinate between office and site

Requirements:

  • Based in North Delhi
  • Organized and reliable
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp and Google Sheets
  • Hindi fluent, basic English okay
  • Prior office experience preferred

Freshers with good communication also welcome.
