Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:.
- Manage end-to-end billing cycle including invoice generation, validation, and dispatch
- Handle complex billing discrepancies and resolve customer queries
- Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate for timely collections
- Support internal and external audits with accurate billing data
Order Management
Manage the complete order lifecycle from order receipt to fulfillment and invoicing
Validate customer orders for accuracy (pricing, terms, quantities, approvals)
Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams for timely order processing
Track order status and ensure timely delivery and invoicing
Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns efficiently
