Job Description
• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Prepare invoices, and outstanding reports
• Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow records
• Maintain GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Process employee salary and reimbursement records
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and auditors
• Maintain petty cash and expense records
• Prepare MIS reports for management
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and vouchers
• Support budgeting and expense control activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Assist the auditor in the finalization of accounts
- Ensure timely legal compliance relating to GST, income tax, ESI, and PF
