Job Description

Role: B2B Onboarding Manager


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Connect with all incoming B2B leads (boutiques & designers) within defined TAT
  • Understand their sourcing needs and explain our B2B network benefits
  • Pitch and convince leads to join the platform
  • Share initial fabric designs, collections, and pricing structure
  • Coordinate and complete business verification & KYC process
  • Resolve onboarding queries and objections
  • Add approved partners to relevant WhatsApp / community groups
  • Ensure smooth handover from lead to active sourcing partner
  • Maintain lead status, onboarding tracker, and basic CRM updates
