Job Description



Job and responsibility


  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and ledgers
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Monitor bank reconciliations and cash flow management
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
  • Maintain payroll records and salary processing
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
  • Analyze financial data and provide reports to management
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records
  • Supervise junior accounting staff and guide team members
  • Use accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or Excel efficiently
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making
