The opportunity : Technical Project Manager - TC - AI AND DATA - Delhi-NCR

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects across their full life cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver complex IT initiatives on time and within budget while meeting business objectives

1.       Leader – Guides the team to achieve project goals.

2. Planner – Develops project plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Communicator – Acts as a liaison between stakeholders, team members, and upper management.
4. Problem Solver – Identifies and resolves issues or roadblocks.
5. Risk Manager – Anticipates potential risks and develops mitigation plans.
6. Quality Controller – Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
7. Resource Manager – Allocates and manages project resources effectively.
8. Decision Maker – Makes critical decisions to keep the project on track.
9. Create detailed project plans
   – Break down tasks, set timelines, allocate resources.
10. Agile Facilitator (Agile/Scrum)

Use: Scrum/Kanban boards, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reporting (burn-down charts, velocity)
– Acts as a Scrum Master or product delivery lead, facilitating sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

2. Track project progress

• Monitor milestones, update schedules, and report status.

3. Identify and manage risks

• Develop risk registers, response plans, and contingency actions.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and handle feedback.
• Bridges communication between development teams, system architects, and third-party vendors.

5. Go-Live Planning and Support

• Plan cutover activities, validate pre-requisites, and coordinate production deployments.
• Lead hyper care and post-go-live support phases.

 

15. Continuous Improvement

• Capture lessons learned and improve integration templates and playbooks for future projects.

• Location: Gurugram / Del-NCR
• Availability: Immediate joiner (preferred)
• Certifications: Project management, Agile or equivalent certifications
