Project Manager

Job DescriptionSDM Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage EV charging infrastructure and electrical projects across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project execution for EV charging and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Track project budgets, costs, and material utilization.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Handle client communications and provide regular project updates.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
• RequirementsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in EV charging, electrical, solar, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and reporting.
• Experience in handling multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in EV Charger Installation Projects.
• Knowledge of Electrical SLDs, BOQs, Site Surveys, and Infrastructure Development.
• Vendor and subcontractor management experience.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.
